What is a lens?

Lenses

A lens is a custom view of the content in the repository. You can think of it as a fancy kind of list that will let you see content through the eyes of organizations and people you trust.

What is in a lens?

Lens makers point to materials (modules and collections), creating a guide that includes their own comments and descriptive tags about the content.

Who can create a lens?

Any individual member, a community, or a respected organization.

Definition of an open lens

Any member is allowed to add content to an open lens, even if the lens belongs to someone else. You can think of open lenses as lists of similar works related to the same subject, authored by various collaborating organizations or members. Content added to open lenses is reviewed for approval or deletion from the lens.

Công nghệ thông tin, đặc biệt là các hệ thống máy tính cùng những ứng dụng của nó trong cuộc sống hàng ngày đã trở thành công cụ đắc lực phục vụ cho các hoạt động của con người. Nếu như trước kia, việc vận hành một chiếc máy tính là công việc của những chuyên gia hoặc của những kỹ thuật viên tin học thì nay, đó là công việc thường nhật của hầu hết mọi người. Để có được bước tiến nhảy vọt này phải kể đến nhu cầu và khả năng tiếp thu công nghệ mới rất nhanh chóng của mọi cá nhân, tổ chức trong xã hội.

Trong đà phát triển mạnh mẽ này, công nghệ thông tin và các ứng dụng luôn cập nhật các công nghệ mới, các khái niệm mới, các thiết bị mới, đòi hỏi người dùng luôn cần được bổ sung kiến thức nhằm điều khiển hệ thống máy tính cùng các ứng dụng một cách hiệu quả. Giáo trình “Các khái niệm cơ bản về Công nghệ Thông tin” của Viện Công nghệ Thông tin, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội ra đời nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu này. Nội dung giáo trình là các kiến thức cập nhật về các vấn đề liên quan đến Công nghệ Thông tin, có tham khảo khung chương trình kiến thức chuẩn hóa theo chứng chỉ International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) phiên bản 4 của tổ chức ICDLAP Vương Quốc Anh. Đối tượng của cuốn sách có thể là những người lần đầu tiên tiếp cận với Công nghệ thông tin, có thể là những người đã làm việc trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin nhưng cần hệ thống hóa kiến thức cơ bản của mình. Các thí sinh chuẩn bị tham dự sát hạch chứng chỉ Tin học văn phòng Quốc tế của Viện Công nghệ thông tin, Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội hoặc chứng chỉ International Computer Driving Licence của tổ chức ICDLAP có thể tìm thấy trong cuốn sách nội dung theo sát khung chương trình ICDL đã được chuẩn hóa.

Nội dung cuốn sách được chia thành 7 bài và 1 bài đọc thêm với thời lượng 12 tiết Bài 1: Mở đầu. (2 tiết) Bài 2: Phần cứng (2 tiết lý thuyết + 2 tiết thực hành) Bài 3: Phần mềm. (1 tiết lý thuyết + 1 tiết minh hoạ các ứng dụng của phần mềm) Bài 4: Mạng máy tính (1 tiết lý thuyết + 1 tiết thực hành). Bài 5: Máy tính trong đời sống hàng ngày. (1 tiết) Bài 6: Bảo mật (1 tiết). Bài 7: Bản quyền và luật pháp (1 tiết). Bài đọc thêm: Sức khỏe, sự an toàn và môi trường (1 tiết).

Ở mỗi bài, chúng tôi đều đưa ra các thuật ngữ mới, giải thích thuật ngữ và cố gắng diễn đạt sao cho nội dung từng bài có thể đáp ứng được các nhu cầu tìm hiểu và khai thác thông tin khác nhau. Tuy nhiên chắc chắn nội dung giáo trình và cách trình bày vẫn khó tránh khỏi thiếu sót, rất mong được sự góp ý của bạn bè, đồng nghiệp cùng các độc giả để lần tái bản sau của cuốn sách được hoàn thiện hơn.
