Công nghệ Internet Portal hay còn gọi là Web-Portal là một bước tiến hóa của các Website truyền thống. Trong tài liệu này, chúng tôi đề cập đến công nghệ Portal, các đặc trưng, dịch vụ cơ bản của nó cùng với hướng dẫn khai thác dịch vụ trên một số Website xây dựng bằng công nghệ Portal.

Nội dung được phân chia thành hai bài:

Bài 1: Giới thiệu về Portal.

Bài 2: Hướng dẫn sử dụng Cổng dịch vụ hành chính

Ở mỗi bài, chúng tôi đều cố gắng diễn đạt sao cho nội dung dễ đọc, dễ hiểu, đáp ứng các nhu cầu tìm hiểu và khai thác thông tin khác nhau của người sử dụng. Tuy vậy, giáo trình vẫn khó tránh khỏi những thiếu sót, chúng tôi luôn mong nhận được sự góp ý của bạn bè, đồng nghiệp và của các độc giả để tài liệu ngày càng được hoàn thiện hơn.
