Các đề tài nghiên cứu về người lao động nói chung, giai cấp công nhân nói riêng, đặc biệt là đội ngũ công nhân thủ đô cho thấy: trong những năm qua đội ngũ công nhân Thủ đô đã góp phần không nhỏ thúc đẩy nền kinh tế Thủ đô nói riêng và đất nước nói chung.
Xã hội hóa văn hóa không phải là một vấn đề hoàn toàn mới đối với chúng ta. Theo quan điểm chủ nghĩa duy vật lịch sử, dư luận xã hội thuộc lĩnh vực tinh thần của xã hội, nó phản ánh thực tế xã hội. Sức mạnh của dư luận xã hội được quy định bởi tồn tại xã hội.
Đã có kết luận về giai cấp công nhân: chỉ có thông qua cuộc cách mạng xã hội mới nắm được sứ mệnh và tiền đồ của mình. Đó là một chuyên tác đầu tiên về xã hội học lao đọng của chủ nghĩa Mac Ăng – ghen và mang đặc trưng rõ rệt của chủ nghĩa Mac Ăng – ghen về tư tưởng xung đột. Ăng – ghen đã đặt một nền móng trong lĩnh vưc xã hội học lao động.

Đồ họa máy tính được ra đời bởi sự kết hợp của 2 lĩnh vực thông tin và truyền hình. Đầu tiên kỹ thuật đồ họa được phát triển bởi các nhóm kỹ sư sử dụng máy tính lớn. Trong giai đoạn đầu của sự phát triển người ta phải tốn nhiều tiền cho việc trang bị các thiết bị phần cứng. Ngày nay, nhờ vào sự tiến bộ của vi xử lý, giá thành của máy tính càng lúc càng phù hợp với túi tiền của người sử dụng trong khi các kỹ thuật ứng dụng đồ họa của nó ngày càng cao hơn nên có nhiều người quan tâm nghiên cứu đến lĩnh vực này. Chúng ta có thể vẽ ra những hình ảnh không chỉ là ảnh tĩnh mà còn có thể biến đổi thành những hình ảnh sinh động qua các phép quay, tịnh tiến... Do vậy, đồ họa máy tính trở thành một lĩnh vực lý thú và có nhiều ứng dụng trong thực tế
Tuy nhiên, việc dạy và học kỹ thuật đồ họa thì không là đơn giản do chủ đề này có nhiều phức tạp. Kỹ thuật đồ họa liên quan đến tin học và toán học bởi vì hầu hết các giải thuật vẽ, tô cùng các phép biến hình đều được xây dựng dựa trên nền tảng của hình học không gian hai chiều và ba chiều

The existence of well functioning Business Associations in a society plays a key role in the development of enterprises. By representing business interests and providing specific services to their members they can achieve social and economic improvements for their members and the private sector in general.
The Vietnamese government recognizes the importance of Business Associations for a well functioning market economy and is therefore promoting their establishment and development Numerous new associations have been founded recently to the point where there has been a sort of “association boom”. Many of them thrive and grow, but many also face challenges.
Since 2003, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) have worked together to support and promote business associations among small enterprises in Vietnam. A Resource Guide was developed in 2004 to support small businesses in establishing and building strong, efficient associations. In 2006, the Resource Guide was complemented with a comprehensive Trainers’ Manual. During the training of facilitators, it became clear that the training material needed to be complemented with real examples of business associations in Vietnam. Therefore, ILO and VCCI, under the PRISED project, undertook to illustrate the current state of associations by documenting their recent history and current situation.
The case studies presented in this publication have been undertaken by Tang Van Khanh and To Ngoc Anh, OCD Consultants. Pictures were taken by Nguyen Na Son. Jenny Ikelberg and Kees van der Ree of the PRISED project initiated the publication and developed the concept and methodology of the case studies. Important guidance was provided by Pham Xuan Mai, President of Institute of Management and Technology Promotion (iMT) and Vice-Chairman of the Shoes and Leather Association of Ho Chi Minh City, who contributed the concluding remarks. The final editing was done by Richard Pierce (English) and Do Thi Tu Anh (Vietnamese).
It is truly hoped that these case studies will inspire trainers, consultants, association leaders and members themselves in their efforts to increase the role of Business Associations and improve the services that the associations provide.

An introduction to the coding and processing of digital multimedia. The course covers current techniques for processing, storage and delivery of media such as audio, images, and video. This requires an in-depth understanding of digital signal processing for 1D signals, as well as the extensions to 2D and 3D cases. The emphasis will be on the theoretical basis as well as efficient implementations. Key components studied in details are digital filters, transforms, quantizers, bit allocators, entropy coders, motion estimation and compensation algorithms. Current and future audio/image/video compression standards and formats such as MP3, JPEG, JPEG2000, MPEG family, H.263, H.264... are frequently used as illustrations.
